Shipping Policy

  1. We ship across India. COD facility is also available on most pincodes.
  2. We charge a non-refundable, flat shipping fee of INR 149 on all orders under INR 750. Orders above INR 750 enjoy free shipping across India.
  3. Most orders are shipped within 3 working days and delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
  4. We ship orders through multiple facilities – your order maybe split into multiple shipments based on product availability and to reduce shipping time.
  5. COD orders require you to first make the payment to the courier partner prior to opening the parcel. The courier partner delivering your order cannot process an exchange or accept returns. All returns and exchanges need to be routed through Customer Care.
  6. On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and sms. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive dispatch details of your parcel.
